Admission forms are available for purchase at the school premises. Fill and return with the required items: photocopy of birth certificate, two passport photographs of the child and one of the parent's. For children below age five: immunization document is required. Photocopies of report cards of the last term completed. An entry test into the intended class will be taken, passmark is 80%.
